Comments:
Very Disappointing that Mark Norris isn't doing better, by far the best candidate.

Thanks for posting the results live - us in Edmonton appreciate it.

I second Duncan's comment.

How many polls are left to report?

Yes, please.

Oy. I think dinning's got the second ballot for sure. Morton was strong on the first, but I can't see anyone else getting behind him if they haven't been convinced of his "vision" for Alberta already. The tories are too boring for a guy like Morton. It's time for a split in this monolithic party. It swallows everything from Liberals (klein, zwoz, etc..) to the hard right types like Morton. Things don't get debated properly. B.S. politicking and closed-door decision making has governed for too long.

Well, it depends on how strong the "anybody but Dinning" vote is. It's entirely possible that the winner on the second ballot is the candidate who convinces the most people that he's already got the support of most people to shut down Dinning.

Dinnings vote total should rise frightfully close to the 50% threshold. Third ballot anyone?

Oberg and Hancock have both already endorsed Stelmach. This is a gonna be a close one.
